We offer our smoked cheeses in a variety of formats to suit different retail/deli/food service needs — chunks, slices, cubes, shreds, bars, chubs, and loaves.

All cheeses are oven-smoked using traditional time-honored methods and premium hardwoods. Customized smoking programs are developed for each type of cheese to complement and enhance the cheese flavor through the natural oven-smoke process.

Our facility is SQF-certified for Food Safety and Food Quality (formerly called SQF level 3.) We also produce Organic, Kosher, and Halal products through dedicated production runs, each supported by its respective certification and auditing body.
